
Job description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical part in the growth of our software by identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and qualifying prospects through direct, fact-based sales conversations. You will spend the majority of your time in outbound sales activities, taking ownership of your pipeline, managing priorities independently, and consistently moving opportunities forward.
You will engage small business owners and leaders through outbound calls, uncover needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule demos with Account Executives once qualification criteria are met. You will also adapt your messaging and approach when standard tactics stop working, and operate effectively in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable taking initiative, learning through experience, and adapting in a fast-paced environment. You will be supported, but you are expected to think, decide, and act independently.
