Job description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Invoicing Solutions team working on Joist. As a Senior PM, you will help shape Joist’s next-generation Agentic Field Service Management (FSM) experience. You will define and deliver AI-powered, model-assisted workflows that help contractors manage jobs, schedules, customers, and collect payments with less manual effort.
As a Senior PM, you will oversee the full product lifecycle, define and own agent-assisted workflows across Jobs, Scheduling, Customer Communications, and Payments from discovery to launch and iteration. You will also partner with platform and AI teams through a product and UX lens.
This role requires deep intuition for contractor FSM workflows, Jobs-to-be-done, and end-to-end UX, combined with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, AI-native product paradigms. You will have the opportunity to work on a modern digital and mobile application that creates predictable, informed, and convenient experiences between customers and their service professionals.
