Job Description
HELPLINE is a user support and AI-enhanced collaborative experience company seeking a Production Engineer for its Internal IT department. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for industrialization, operation, and supervision of business applications.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in application production / MCO
- Windows + Linux mastery
- Familiarity with at least one scheduling tool (VTOM / Control-M)
- First experiences in CI/CD (XLD, Jenkins...)
- Container knowledge (OpenShift / Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of supervision (alarms, thresholds, metrics)
