Requirements

• Developing M&E frameworks and plans
• Conducting implementation research
• Designing M&E activities
• Managing complex and interdependent workplans and projects
• Data analysis skills with demonstrated experience using statistical software (Stata strongly preferred)
• Working in or with programs in sub-Saharan Africa
• Collaborating effectively across teams and departments
