Senior Associate, MLE Strategy

At Evidence Action, we deliver data-driven interventions that transform lives at an unprecedented scale. We are seeking a Senior Associate, MLE Strategy to provide end-to-end MLE execution support for 1-2 Francophone country programs within the Syphilis-Free Start portfolio.

Requirements

• End-to-end MLE execution support
• Provide end-to-end execution support for MLE activities in 1-2 country programs
• Support active data collection processes
• Draft and iterate on deliverables
• Track milestones and deadlines
• Coordinate with program and regional MLE stakeholders
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Ensure quality throughout the M&E lifecycle
• Support data quality and assurance processes
• Coordinate across MLE functions, program teams, and field operations
• Manage administrative tasks, project timelines, and cross-team coordination for assigned country workstreams
