Technical Game Artist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Game Artist to join our team of 1,000+ engineers. The role will provide technical support to the Design team, help solve complex technical challenges, and develop automation solutions for art production pipelines.

What You Will Do

Provide technical support to the Design team, support Artists and Engineers with asset validation, optimization and troubleshooting, develop and maintain automation solutions, create and integrate game assets and environments, edit and optimize character animations, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Secondary, technical or higher education
• English at B2 level or above (spoken and written)
• At least 3 years of experience in game development
• Good knowledge of Unreal Engine
• Experience with particle systems and visual effects, especially UE Niagara
• Knowledge of C++, Python or MAXScript
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.)
• Experience with at least one 3D modelling tool (3ds Max, Maya, Blender or similar)
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Substance
