As the Business Partner – People & Culture at Ernest Henry, you will play a critical role in partnering with leaders to support workforce planning and build an engaged and capable workforce across site.
Key responsibilities for the role include partnering with leaders to implement P&C strategies, providing advice on performance management and workforce planning, and supporting employee relations and industrial relations matters.
We are looking for candidates with strong generalist capability and a passion for supporting leaders and improving workforce outcomes.
