Role Overview

As the Business Partner – People & Culture at Ernest Henry, you will play a critical role in partnering with leaders to support workforce planning and build an engaged and capable workforce across site.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities for the role include partnering with leaders to implement P&C strategies, providing advice on performance management and workforce planning, and supporting employee relations and industrial relations matters.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar
• Experience in a generalist HR or P&C role
• Exposure to employee relations and enterprise agreements
• Experience working in a site-based or industrial environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to influence and support leaders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
