Underground Mining Foreman

As the Underground Senior Shift Supervisor, you will convert the Short Range Forecast (SRF) into a safe, achievable weekly plan and ensure crews, services and equipment are positioned to execute work effectively. You will control daily execution, remove bottlenecks, lead safety performance, and ensure operational readiness across all headings, services and production activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years underground mining experience
• At least 5 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• WA Underground Supervisor’s Certificate and required statutory competencies
