Evonik is seeking a Region HR Manager to support labor relations, employee engagement, and workforce strategy across multiple U.S. sites. The role requires strong experience handling grievances, working with union leadership, and navigating complex labor environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR or relevant experience, with proven union relations expertise
- Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and dispute resolution
- Ability to strategically influence site leadership while upholding corporate HR policies and labor agreements
- Experience supporting multi-site HR operations in industrial, manufacturing, or chemical environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (Workday preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
