Productivity Manager

EW Grobbel seeks a Productivity Manager to lead 3rd shift operations in their USDA-regulated manufacturing facility, driving measurable performance improvements and reducing repeat deficiencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Proven ownership of measurable KPIs
• Strong floor presence and team accountability
• Experience in regulated manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work 3rd shift from 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday and weekends as needed
