We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with advanced experience to take on a leadership role within our quality assurance team, mentoring junior team members and assisting in driving improvements across production processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in food science, biology, chemistry, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in food manufacturing quality assurance, including leadership or supervisory roles
- Ability to work up to 100% on the plant floor, routinely lifting 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality control methodologies
- Leadership qualities, with experience in training and mentoring junior staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management software
