Job Description
We're building a next-generation AI search engine and looking for a GTM Recruiter to help build our Exa family. As a GTM Recruiter, you'll work directly with the founders and leadership team to scale our company and recruit top-tier talent in the SF tech/startup ecosystem.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for GTM or technical roles in startups or high-growth tech companies
- Familiarity with SF startup culture
- Strong communication skills
- Technical literacy
- A builder mindset
- Comfort in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
