Job Description
EXAMION GmbH is seeking a Technical Inside Support Specialist to join their team. The role involves processing repair and loan management, organizing training courses, handling insurance cases, managing radiation protection documentation, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding, a meticulous approach to work, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g. Industrial Management Assistant, Office Management Assistant or comparable)
- Very good German skills in word and writing
- Good to very good English skills
- Experience in office organization and communication with external bodies is desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Ideally experience with ERP/CRM systems
- Structured, reliable and team-oriented working style
