HumanTouch is seeking a Technical Solution Architect who combines deep technical expertise with creativity, communication skills, and a customer-first mindset to design and articulate innovative, mission-driven technology solutions that integrate AI, automation, data visualization, and decision management capabilities to help government clients solve complex challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master's preferred)
• 5–8+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting roles
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms, AI/Automation tools, data visualization, API design and integration, low-code/no-code platforms
