Lead the monthly and quarterly financial close process, identify process improvements, and oversee team management, client management, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Lead and oversee the monthly and quarterly financial close process
• Support and review of deliverables from offshore teams
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, monthly and periodic processing
• Strong R2R knowledge - Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Close process, GL Accounting, Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of Investment accounting like Capital contribution, Dividends, Bonus, securities, Assets accounting etc.
• Team management skills
• Client management
• Partner with onshore team to support internal/ external audits
• Legal & compliance
