Exotec is a leading provider of warehouse robotics solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you'll drive growth in Korea by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading the full sales cycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in B2B tech or industrial sectors.
- Experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics or related.
- Proven track record in closing deals and managing full sales cycles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for robotics, automation, and supply chain innovation.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing platforms.
- Fluent in Korean and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a multicultural environment.
