Requirements
- Diploma/degree in a related field of study such as Building/Architectural Science, Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of building science, evaluation, design, and new construction.
- Experience completing Building Condition Assessments and Reserve Fund Studies is an asset.
- Experience completing Restoration/Repair Projects is an asset.
- Proficient and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word and Excel).
- Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and Ontario Fire Code is an asset.
- BCIN for the design of small buildings would be considered an asset.
- Working from heights experience and interest is required.
- A valid driver's license with own vehicle and travel throughout GTA and Southern Ontario is required.
