Project Technologist – Building Science

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in a related field of study such as Building/Architectural Science, Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of building science, evaluation, design, and new construction.
• Experience completing Building Condition Assessments and Reserve Fund Studies is an asset.
• Experience completing Restoration/Repair Projects is an asset.
• Proficient and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word and Excel).
• Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and Ontario Fire Code is an asset.
• BCIN for the design of small buildings would be considered an asset.
• Working from heights experience and interest is required.
• A valid driver's license with own vehicle and travel throughout GTA and Southern Ontario is required.
