What You Will Do

Lead and manage all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes, administer employee benefit programs, oversee compensation and classification practices, and develop, maintain, and update HR policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field
• A minimum of three to five years human resources experience, preferably in a customer service environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal labor regulations, personnel administration, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration, recruiting and selection, and training and development
• Has managed a small team
