Join Expedock as an AP/AR Specialist (Freight and Logistics) and work with cutting-edge technology to manage customer accounts, process vendor invoices, and prepare financial reports. We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or brokerage. Requirements
- Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms
- Familiarity with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and data validation tasks
- Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems
- Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya
- Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English (C1)
- Client management experience is a plus
- Licensed customs broker
