Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Expedock. As a Freight Data Validator, you will use our tech to handle customers, meet challenges, and stretch your capabilities. You will manage rates, quotations, client communication, and contracts, while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, either locally or internationally
• Familiarity with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and data validation tasks
• Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems
• Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya
• Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program
• Licensed customs broker
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1)
• Client management experience is a plus
