Senior Systems Engineer

Role Overview

Expleo is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a complex marine platform programme. The role requires an engineer who can operate autonomously within a client organisation, taking full ownership of Work Package items and delivering system-aware corrective actions.

What You Will Do

Own and resolve Work Package Items end-to-end, conduct system solution reviews, maintain full requirements traceability, and support system-level design activities.

Requirements

• Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
• Demonstrable systems engineering experience on complex and/or safety-related systems
• Strong experience working at the systems / software boundary
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within a client organisation
• Experience in marine, defence, aerospace, or similarly regulated industries
• Proficiency with tools such as DOORS, Siemens Polarion, Enterprise Architect or equivalent MBSE tools, MATLAB and/or Simulink
