Manager Loss Prevention Technology

Role Overview

The Manager Loss Prevention Technology owns and oversees the data analytics systems, including case management systems, POS Exception based reporting systems, and Audit functions. This role will act as a Loss Prevention (LP) subject matter expert for cross-functional relationships across the business.

What You Will Do

Leads efforts to reduce shrink by guiding the field team with POS Exception Reporting and Case Management Systems, conducts and leads Investigations to provide findings to the Department’s field team, and manages efforts to reduce fraud in the business.

7+ years of experience in related field, thinkLP system administration experience, and advanced level of administrative and technical knowledge in retail loss prevention are required.
