
Job description
As a Partner Account Manager, you will support the development and execution of partner strategies that contribute to revenue growth, market coverage, and customer success. You will manage a portfolio of mid-sized partners in EMEA, helping them build sales effectiveness, improve execution, and align with our business priorities.
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to meet sales targets, expand footprint in priority industries or segments, and accelerate pipeline creation. Build trust-based relationships with partner leadership and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, performance expectations, and shared growth priorities.
This role requires strong collaboration skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with inside sales, marketing, enablement, operations, and product teams to ensure consistent execution of partner-led initiatives.
