Job description
Lead a high-performing engineering team within the Growth Experience Technology (GET) organization, building and operating customer-facing digital experience and commerce platforms. Provide technical direction, review designs, guide delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Lead, mentor, hire, nurture, and develop a team of high-performing software engineers, drive delivery planning and execution, and provide technical guidance for applications and services built using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and AWS.
Ideal candidate is a hands-on, technology-forward engineering leader who embraces AI-assisted development, modern engineering practices, and technology disruption. Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and execution skills required.
