We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our Product Support Team. This team is responsible for resolving customer issues through an empathetic approach. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience and familiar with AutoCAD Electrical and Enterprise workflows.
Respond to AutoCAD Electrical and AutoCAD support requests from customers, prioritize critical technical issues, and document support interactions in a company-wide case management system.
The ideal candidate is people-minded, prompt, takes initiative, organized, strategic, and intellectually curious. They should be able to actively listen to others and communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
