
Job description
As a Lead Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for orchestrating the service experience for hotel guests, working alongside coworkers to ensure that the site's service standards are met or exceeded. You will be under the direction of the Account Manager and will have additional duties involving coordination and administration, as well as providing troubleshooting and/or guidance when the manager is not on-site.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members, and coworkers. You will also be responsible for opening all vehicle and hotel doors for guests, checking in arriving guests, and explaining vehicle parking and retrieval procedures.
