Senior Implementation Analyst

As a Senior Implementation Analyst at Extend, you will play a key role in onboarding new bank partners and managing implementation projects from kickoff through launch. This role is critical to setting new bank partners up for long-term success, requiring strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business, technical, and regulatory requirements into practical implementation plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, operations, consulting, or a client-facing role in a SaaS, fintech, or technology environment
• Experience supporting client onboarding, implementations, or cross-functional projects
• Exposure to working with external clients or partners and managing deliverables across multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve workflow efficiency, or enhance insight generation
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, track timelines, and drive tasks to completion with strong attention to detail
• Ability to gather, document, and translate business, technical, and regulatory requirements into clear plans
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
