Requirements
- University degree in Health, Gerontology, Business, Marketing or Social Services
- LTC Administrator Certification
- Minimum of five years' relevant health management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and engage a multidisciplinary team
- Working understanding of business planning processes and utilization of Key Performance Indicators
- Experience in risk management activities and demonstrated knowledge of continuous quality improvement processes
- Passion to promote a person-centered care philosophy
