
Job description
We're looking for detail-oriented, driven, and empathetic customer experience managers to provide an extraordinary experience for customers applying and using the Aven card. The role involves responding to customer queries, documenting issues, and tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels.
Respond to customer queries, document and log issues, work with customers to navigate the application flow, and track customer experiences using logs, dashboards, and CRM systems.
This role is a good fit for those with experience in customer-facing roles in loan or mortgage accounts, who possess excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, and are proficient in written communication and English.
