Job description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Fraud Specialist to provide an extraordinary experience for customers applying and using the Aven credit card. The role involves responding to customer queries, reviewing loan applications, and improving internal company processes.
Respond to customer queries, review loan applications, document issues, work with other departments, and aid in reviewing company operating procedures.
This role requires at least 5 years of experience in underwriting and fraud tasks, with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
