
Job description
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of our small and mid-sized account segments. This role is critical to executing our sales strategy by driving proactive outreach, increasing customer engagement, and accelerating sales cycles through efficient, high-frequency touchpoints.
Manage a portfolio of ~100–150 small to mid-sized accounts, conduct proactive outreach, identify new revenue opportunities, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
This role requires 1–3 years of inside sales, account management, or customer success experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and experience using CRM systems.
