
Job description
BMB Solutions is looking for a Level 2-3 Engineer specializing in IT support, projects, equipment, licenses, and products. This employee will provide remote and onsite customer support in a Managed Services Provider environment.
Provide engineering support for IT upgrades and implementation projects, provide tier 2-3 technical support, administer network infrastructure, and provide basic support for cloud-based solutions.
Over 4 years of experience in tier 2-3 technical support, basic Microsoft 365 administration, network administration and troubleshooting, excellent customer service skillset, and ability to work in a Managed Service Provider environment.
