Retoucher

Role Overview

We are a packaging design agency looking for a Retoucher to join our team. As a Retoucher, you will be responsible for creating packaging visuals and compositions, implementing retouching and repros, and post-processing photo shoots. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include creating packaging visuals and compositions, implementing retouching and repros, and post-processing in-house photo shoots. You will also create packaging simulations and packshots based on product samples.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a skilled Retoucher with a strong background in image editing and a good sense of composition, light, and shadow. You should have experience with Adobe Photoshop and be interested in learning and implementing future technologies.

Requirements

• Completed training as a media designer (digital and print) or a comparable study
• Several years of professional experience in the field of retouching and image editing
• At least 2 years of experience in the packaging sector (within the last 5 years)
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Good sense of composition, light, and shadow
• Interest in learning and implementing future technologies
• Ideally: experience with GMG software
• Structured, precise working method and high quality awareness
• Good communication skills, team orientation, and high level of self-responsibility
