ExxonMobil is hiring a Maintenance Engineer (Information Management) in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The role provides leadership and guidance in Asset Information Management, overseeing delivery of IM services, and supporting IM Service Provider resourcing. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, 5+ years of experience in Oil and Gas Production/Operations, and 5+ years of experience in Information Management domain.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation) from a recognized university with CGPA 7.0 or above
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Oil and Gas Production/Operations or similar industry
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the field of Operations/Maintenance & understanding of industry processes such as MOCs, HAZOP, PSSR, System audits etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Management domain working with EDMS tools (Aconex, OpenText, Documentum), IM standards, requirements, workflows and procedures
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Field Maintenance
- Thorough technical knowledge of different types of Engineering and Equipment drawings and documents including typical data attributes
- In-depth knowledge of Project & Asset Information Management best practices and Standards
- Good understanding of Document lifecycle process from Projects to Operations handover, redlines & as-building process, concurrent engineering process etc.
- Good understanding of IM Standards such as CFIHOS, Reference Data Libraries including Equipment and Document Classification.
- Good understanding of Plant Breakdown Structures, Document Numbering, Equipment Tag Numbering, Document Revisioning, Document Classification & Taxonomy
- Knowledge of leading Engineering design tools from software vendors such as Hexagon, Aveva and Autodesk (SPPID, SPI, SPEL, SP3D, E3D, AutoCAD, Plant 3D etc.)
- Ability to understand and coordinate cross discipline work.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for query resolutions.
- Should be willing and able to take extended international business trips as may be needed to any of the company sites
- Should be comfortable in relocating to Bengaluru and working in morning (9 to 18 hours) or evening (13:30 to 22:30 hours) shift time.
