Banking Finance Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking Finance Transformation Manager to support our efforts in driving strategic initiatives and transformation projects within the finance function of our banking clients.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in banking finance, with a focus on reporting, transformation, process improvement, at a Bank or a Consulting firm
• A Masters-degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of executing transformation projects within the banking or financial services industry
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
