We are looking for a senior manager in Finance Regulatory Reporting and Transformation to join our team in Dublin. You will have experience in finance and regulatory reporting, track record in transformation projects, and team leadership experience. You will be responsible for managing engagements with clients, developing long-term client relationships, and managing innovation in processes and systems.

Requirements

• Finance and regulatory reporting experience
• Track record in transformation projects
• Team leadership experience
• Client relationship management skills
• Expertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes
• Understanding of finance processes, finance technologies, and operating models
• Proven track record in management and leadership roles in Regulatory or Finance transformation projects
• Strong communications skills
• Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes
