The role involves leading strategic business transformation initiatives across Financial Services, focusing on customer strategy, operating model design, digital enablement, customer experience, lean process improvement, and organisational design.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified professional with proven experience in business transformation
• Minimum 3 years' track record in delivering complex change initiatives within Financial Services
• Expertise across the full project lifecycle, from initiation and design through to implementation and delivery
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, rapidly diagnosing business challenges and shaping practical, innovative solutions
• Strong problem-solving and resilience, with the capability to overcome barriers and establish credibility quickly
• High personal impact and influencing skills, able to secure stakeholder buy-in for major decisions and transformation initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives and crafting clear, persuasive narratives
