Job Description
As a Senior Associate - Business Analyst in the Insurance industry, you will help businesses realize the value they can gain from their IT capabilities — supporting strategy and being a key growth driver.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management/business analysis, in the insurance industry.
- Gather and document business requirements to fully understand user needs.
- Identify process improvements and create documentation: BRDs, functional specifications, use cases.
- Work with IT teams to develop solutions that align with industry standards and meet business needs.
- Create test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Act as the main communication link between business units and IT.
