• PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Technical recruiting experience with 11-15 years' experience
• End to End Technical recruiting experience
• Collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments
• Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems
• Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy
• Adaptable and creative in their approach
