Role Overview

Join EY Parthenon's Strategy & Execution team to work on IT due diligence, carve-outs, integration planning, and transformation programs for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business and technology challenges.

What You Will Do

Work on projects spanning the entire transaction lifecycle, lead IT strategy engagements, translate business strategy into technology recommendations, and manage projects end-to-end.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Applicable industry and/or consulting experience, proven experience in pre-deal Technology Due Diligence, and a broad range of IT experience are required. Strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills are also necessary.

Requirements

• Applicable industry and/or consulting experience related to transactions, M&A or IT strategy and transformation projects
• Proven experience in pre-deal Technology Due Diligence
• Broad range of IT experience
• Program and project management expertise
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience; or a Master's/MBA degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience
