Role Overview

What You Will Do

Understand clients' business needs to align IT strategies effectively. Create live demos for relevant use cases and stay informed on emerging technologies. Facilitate business transformation by leveraging technology and applying agile and waterfall methodologies.

Why It Might Be a Fit

At least 7-9 years of experience in the financial services sector and/or management consulting with a focus on technology/digital transformation. A passion for information technology, digital innovation, business transformation, and financial services.

Requirements

• At least 7-9 years of experience in the financial services sector and/or management consulting with a focus on technology/digital transformation
• A degree in business informatics, information technology, computer science, or business administration with a strong affinity for technology (or equivalent)
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to structure and analyze problems in a systematic and organized way
• Extensive experience in identifying business problems as well as the ability to define solution approaches, options, and designs
• An entrepreneurial mentality with the willingness to drive and own solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and good business judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
