Manager - Transaction Diligence

As a Manager in Financial Due Diligence, you will analyze financial information, identify risks and opportunities, and present clear reports to contribute to successful transactions. You will work closely with the team to assess financial information, identify risks and opportunities, and present clear reports. You will have the opportunity to conduct in-depth financial analyses and provide valuable insights to the owners and management teams of our clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, (Financial) Economics, Finance & Investments, Accounting & Financial Management, or another finance-oriented or technical field
• At least 5 years of work experience
• Proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Affinity for working with new data analysis tools (Alteryx and Power BI)
• Willing and enthusiastic to pursue the CFA Charterholder qualification
• Experience with managing or coaching junior colleagues
