Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT security, with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of ICS, SCADA systems and the unique challenges of securing OT environments.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards such as NIST, IEC 62443 and ISA/IEC.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective security governance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GICSP).
