OT Security Governance Consultant

EY Security Governance Consultant will develop and implement governance frameworks and policies to enhance the security posture of Operational Technology environments. This involves risk assessments, compliance monitoring, training programs, and project delivery to align with industry standards. The role leverages AI-powered tools to augment analytical skills and client insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT security, with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of ICS, SCADA systems and the unique challenges of securing OT environments.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards such as NIST, IEC 62443 and ISA/IEC.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective security governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GICSP).
