We're looking for a Senior Consultant Organization & Workforce Transformation to join our People Consulting team. As a Senior Consultant, you'll be responsible for building organizational models, guiding clients through people-centered organizational design and transformation, and improving workforce setup. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver projects and lead project workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a relevant master's degree, 3-5 years of experience in industry or consulting, and strong skills in organizational transformation, HR, and talent management.
Requirements
- Relevant master's degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Strategic Management, HR, or similar
- Relevant working experience of 3 to 5 years within industry or consulting-related roles with strong affinity for the people agenda
- Strong understanding of and experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, organizational design, the HR function and Talent Management
- Willingness to contribute to the setup and growth of this competence area, affinity with related people consulting competences such as change management and HR transformations
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people-centered solutions
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in Dutch are preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Team player with the ability to quickly and effectively integrate into new teams
- Experienced in managing stakeholders and client relationships in a dynamic and complex environment
- Able to demonstrate resilience in stressful situations and perform well under pressure
- Ability to analyze problems and to provide input to insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions for our clients
