Role Overview

Join EY's Technology Consulting team in the Romandie region to lead business development activities in AI and Data, design and deliver AI-driven solutions for Swiss Financial Services clients, and implement solutions bringing impact to Financial Services.

What You Will Do

Lead project teams, deliver tangible results, and help clients build robust technical solutions. Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and collaborate with local and international EY teams.

Requirements

• Higher education in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in similar contexts in banking, wealth & asset management, or insurance
• Proven track record of leading transformation projects and managing teams
• Interest and experience in data-heavy Financial Services solutions
• Familiarity with AI domains such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning
• Understanding of key programming and Data architecture concepts
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack
• Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric
• Excellent communication skills, bridging IT and business stakeholders
• Flexible and proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
• Full professional proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus
