Requirements
- Define and drive procurement transformation strategy across multiple industry verticals and geographies, aligning with organizational goals.
- Lead design and implementation of enterprise-wide procurement operating models, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Provide thought leadership and internal IP development across supply chain domains (planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics) and influence industry best practices.
- Oversee strategic sourcing programs, spend analytics, and cost optimization initiatives at a global or multi-region level.
- Establish executive-level supplier partnerships and governance frameworks, ensuring long-term value creation.
- Shape business development strategy, lead pursuits, and strengthen CXO-level client relationships.
- Drive organizational change management, including current state assessments, gap analysis, and future state visioning.
- Leverage advanced analytics and digital tools to derive insights from large-scale spend data and inform strategic decisions.
- Sponsor innovation initiatives in procurement and supply chain, including sustainability and digital transformation.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, building brand presence and thought leadership.
- Mentor and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
