Growth Engineer (with Computer Science Background)

The Growth Engineer will support the entire experimentation process of the Growth team, collaborating with the Product Development and Data Science teams, and has a background in software engineering and statistical significance.

Requirements

• Background in software engineering
• Confident in JSON & JAVA or Javascript (SQL is a bonus)
• Comfortable with statistical significance and common types of statistical bias
• Understanding of good experimental design
• Passionate about growth, metrics, and providing an outstanding user experience
