Growth Engineer (with Computer Science Background)

We're looking for a Growth Engineer with a computer science background to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the entire experimentation process, coding, analyzing, and working on various growth workstreams. You will collaborate with the Product Development team and Data Science team, and have a passion for growth, metrics, and user experience.

Requirements

• Support the entire experimentation process
• Code, analyze, and work on growth workstreams
• Collaborate with Product Development team and Data Science team
• Peer-reviewing Growth code and assisting in code review
• Assisting with experiment launches on Google Firebase
• Debugging code and working closely with Product Development team
• Assisting in QAing new features prior to releases
• Peer-reviewing experiment analysis
• Owning the translations of winning experiments into other languages/across platforms
