Join Fabulous to help people master the art of behavior change and build healthy habits. Work with a team of behavioral scientists and growth product managers to apply behavioral insights to the product, inform experimentation, and optimize growth work.
Requirements
- Support the entire experimentation process of the Growth team
- Code, analyze, and work in every facet of the Growth workstreams
- Collaborate with the Product Development team and the Data Science team
- Peer-review Growth code and assist in code review for Growth experiment
- Assist with experiment launches on Google Firebase
- Debugging code and working closely with the product development team
- Assist in QAing new features prior to releases
- Peer-review experiment analysis
- Own the translations of winning experiments into other languages/across platforms
- Design and run AB/RCT trials
- Have a background in software engineering
- Be confident in JSON & JAVA or Javascript (SQL is bonus)
- Be comfortable with statistical significance and common types of statistical bias
- Understand the basics of good experimental design
- Be passionate about growth, metrics, and providing an outstanding user experience
