Growth Engineer (with Computer Science Background)

We're looking for a Growth Engineer with a computer science background to join our team. As a Growth Engineer, you will support the entire experimentation process, code, analyze and work in every facet of the Growth workstreams, collaborate with the Product Development team and the Data Science team, and peer-review Growth code and assist in code review for Growth experiment.

Requirements

• Background in software engineering
• Confident in JSON & JAVA or Javascript (SQL is a bonus)
• Understanding of statistical significance and common types of statistical bias
• Knowledge of good experimental design
• Data-driven and analytical
• Passion for growth, metrics, and providing an outstanding user experience
